Vaudit User Exclusions
How to Activate User Exclusions and Maximize Protection of your Ad Budgets
What are User Exclusions?
User Exclusions allow you to block traffic sources that have been identified as suspicious or invalid — before they generate additional cost on your campaigns. These users are identified by IP address and flagged based on click behavior, conversion anomalies, or violation patterns (such as out-of-geo traffic or low activity hours).
Where to Find It
To access User Exclusions:
-
Login to the Vaudit Dashboard.
-
Navigate to the Exclusions section.
-
You'll see a breakdown of each campaign showing:
-
Campaign Type
-
IP Count (number of flagged IPs)
-
Click Count
-
Suspicious Score
-
Estimated Savings
-
Exclusion Status
-
How to Apply Exclusions
You have two options:
1. Activate Individual Campaign Exclusions
-
Locate the campaign you'd like to protect.
-
Use the toggle switch in the “Exclusion Status” column to enable User Exclusions for that specific campaign.
-
The Status label will change from “Disabled” to “Enabled”.
-
The IPs tied to suspicious or invalid activity will now be excluded automatically from that campaign.
2. Activate All Exclusions at Once
-
Click the "Activate Exclusions" button at the bottom right of the table.
-
This will enable exclusions across all listed campaigns in a single action.
-
Useful for quickly protecting all active spend with one click.
Savings Breakdown
-
The Total Savings and Current Daily Savings counters at the top of the section will update in real time.
-
These reflect the estimated cost protection Vaudit has delivered by excluding invalid traffic sources from campaigns.
Notes
-
Activating exclusions does not pause your campaigns, it simply blocks recurring invalid traffic based on IP intelligence.
-
Vaudit continuously updates its exclusion recommendations based on the latest flagged activity.
-
You can revisit this section anytime to review or adjust exclusions as new data becomes available.
