How to Add Vaudit as a Business Partner on Meta (Facebook)

Why This Matters

Without partner access:

• Your Meta connection expires every 2 months

• You’ll need to manually reconnect your account to Vaudit

• Auditing may be paused if the connection lapses

With partner access:
- The token never expires
- Auditing continues 24/7
- No interruptions or data gaps

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Meta Business Settings

 https://business.facebook.com/settings

2. Under “Users” → Select Partners

In the left-hand menu, scroll to Users and click Partners.

3. Click “Add” to Add a New Partner

• Choose “Give a partner access to your assets”

• Enter the Vaudit Business Manager ID:
  790359633234748

Click Next

4. Choose Assets to Share

You'll now assign Vaudit the necessary assets. Select the following:

• Ad Accounts
  → Select your active ad account(s)
  → Toggle on “Manage campaigns” and “View performance”

• Pixels
  → If available, select relevant pixels
  → Toggle on “View pixel” and “Manage pixel”

• Domains 
  → Add your verified domain to allow pixel access

• Custom Conversions 
  → Grant access to existing conversion events used for tracking

Click Save Changes when finished.

You’re Done!

Vaudit now has persistent access to audit your Meta ad activity without interruption.
No more re-authentication every 60 days.
